A wine with an attitude. This ribera comes out of the bottle with a broody inky violet color that’s too dark to see through. Chocolate, coffee, mint, and violet bouquet that gives way to blackberry and black cherry on the palate. Medium acidity but big tannins. Nice long finish.

Dark ruby hue, intense vanilla and cocoa aromas betray time spent ageing in French oak. Smooth velvety finish, balanced tannins and structured but not overpowering body. Excellent example of aged tempranillo from ribera del duero
