Nice, lively bubbles. Rose petals and ripe fruit on the nose. Great balance with a light bead and a combo of tart fruit and a hint of sweetness. Tasty as an aperitif.

Nose of strawberries and brioche, with slight yeast notes. Fine bubbles with strawberry, raspberry, and fresh bread on the creamy palate. Red fruits on the clean, long finish. Very nicely balanced blend of 50% pinot noir, 30 % chardonnay, and 20 % pinot menier.
