Deep pink color with a clean nose of ripe fruit integrated with gentle spice. Good bubble flow with vivid acidity and mineral tang mesh with raspberry flavors. The finish gives off toasty oak, nut and biscuit flavors that linger. Tasting Sample.

Semi dry with rich berry fruit and baking spices.

The perfect pink champagne color. Energetic bubbles and a winey, but light profile. Fresh strawberry, quince syrup, Anjou pear and brioche nose. Pinot, yellow apple, red plum and yeast flavors. A hint of smoke and a little minerality on the finish. Lovely. Pair with crab puffs and salmon canapés or a Korean bbq sandwich.

Delicious - on the sweet side, but a very rich and light bottle of bubbly.

Lots of great reviews but I expected more. A decent rose but nothing stood out. Many Cremant's and California rose's equal in quality for much cheaper.
