Not overwhelmed by the oak, but supported
Again being Boudots it has lots in common with a Vosne wine, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

Wow- this singing right now. The most Vosne like and generous of all Nuits, this is open, fragrant and gorgeously beety right now. The tannins are resolved and the wine is so vibrant- a perfect partner for Fatted Calf duck crepenets!

Amazing nose. Game, funk, classic NSG. Palate was a bit indifferent. But gorgeous.

While certainly delightful, I think this bottle is still a bit underdeveloped. It is clean and precise but needs more time to show its secondary (and likely more interesting) aspects of its personality. Patience...
