Honey-colored, with a floral and tea-like aroma and dried fruit on the palate. Very complex and lovely, without being particularly sweet. Excellent with food as well - we had it with feta and olives and the salinity went really nicely with the dried fruit notes.

Apricots, ripe pears, bubblegum, floral, touch of mushroom. Long finish. So interesting.
