Minerally. Taste reminds me of oysters. Kind of pleasantly watery. No taste change in the back of the mouth. Slightly vegetal more so than fruity.

This is quite nice for the price point (I’m typically scared of a Pinot in this range and was pleasantly surprised). Very fruit forward.
