Very fine precise bubbles, toast, apple, subtle berry aromas, great acid. Thanks Mila!

Sep 10th, 2023First time with this champers. Not too shabby at all. Nose displays forest floor, and earth. Palate is crisp and clean, with oak in the foreground. Pinpoint bubbles and brisk acidity complete what is a solid presentation.

Aug 6th, 2021This is a cheers we’ve been waiting four years on. Well worth the wait. Congratulations, President Biden.
First time having this cuvée. Thank you to Christina for opening.
The nose says it leans reductive. Rich, creamy; slightly sour lemons, lemon meringue, overripe stone fruits & pineapple, busied pear & golden apple, notes of apple cider, ginger ale laced with cream soda, sea spray to fossils, volcanics minerals, fine chalkiness, yeast, bread dough to baguette crust, graham crackers, nougat with withering yellow lilies/spring flowers.
The palate is rich, full & juicy. Light on its feet with beautiful mousse. Rich, creamy; slightly sour lemons, lemon meringue, overripe stone fruits & pineapple, busied pear & golden apple, notes of apple cider, ginger ale laced with cream soda, vanillin, sea spray to fossils, light white spice with perfect, heat, gentle volcanics minerals, limestone, fine chalkiness, yeast, bread dough to baguette crust, graham crackers, nougat with withering yellow lilies/spring flowers. Excellent, lively acidity. The finish glides beautifully across the palate with moosee mousse, richness, balance, elegant and persists gently for minutes.

A pleasant surprise! Beautiful floral nose. Fine mousse, crisp and clean. Enjoyed with charcuterie on #bastilleday #marchesachicago

Jul 20th, 2022What an unusual Champagne. Never heard of it before and just bought it because it was offered 80% off a ridiculous list price. Definitely worth the price I paid, maybe twice that. Has the crispness of a blanc de blancs but with quite some depth and earthiness. Very well-made Champagne.
