Sipping Fine Wine

Deep Ruby color with aromas of fruit and spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry with notes of vanilla and pepper spice. Fine tannins, medium finish, good acidity ending with fruit and spice. Drink now. Good value!

As a red wine, it's tasty, but I wouldn't pick it out as Rioja if tasted blind. Dried cherry and Almond skin aromas, and tart cherry, cigar box, and medium tannins.

A bit young to drink now. Grapey, and tight initially but opens up to leather, and blackberry.

An intense one-noter. This is a wine that will make whatever food it is paired with sing. When I tried this one before, my buddy said it would probably pair well with tacos. I agree. A spicy, beefy dish would love it. Dark, dark, dark.

Cocoa, coconut, blackberry, vanilla, some spices. No doubt it's Spanish tempranillo. The palate is very well made with a good acid drive, some sandy tannins, a tiny mocha, coffee touch, good width and a silky mouthfeel and that sandy, dusty touch all along a quite long finish with fruit and coconut touches. It's very good for the price and a very good testimony of the varietal
