Vintage 2017 / Difficult wine. From the cortese grape, Piëmonte. It has no distinctive characteristics. Little nose. A hint of citrus, bonedry and very refreshing - like the Nantaise wines from the Loire, such as Muscadet. Very quaffable. / Paired it with a warm Salad Liégeoise (little potatoes, haricots vert and fried sliced bacon with a vinaigrette). That paired wonderful.
