Few gifts have done as much to loosen me up as @Fred Fox's present of a Champagne saber. Now I have learned to #saberit and enjoy life! @Michel Loriot makes one of the few pure Chardonnay Champagnes that does not undergo malo, so they keep it for many years before releasing it. I love the clean earth, vibrancy and surprising texture of this great Champagne. It was perfect with a first course of Dungeness crab cakes!
