Second wine for our wine pairing at Chef's Table this evening, paired with a green pea soup with a truffle poached egg and bacon.

Light to medium yellow. Perfumey nose with tropical fruits and a bit clean. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Surprised this is unoaked. Layers of lemon curd and a creamy texture. Medium length finish. Drink till 2021.

Interesting concept and design, but to me it just tasted and smelled like canned corn... Did anyone else get that?

Nose of melon, pineapple and apple. Smooth honeysuckle and passion fruit hit hard with a medium finish to crisp apple.

One of my favorites. Clean and straightforward. Lush and grassy without being cloying. Completely approachable and delicious.

Flat and lack of concentration and acidity. Alcohol is what's left for the finish. Having a hard time to comprehend the great reviews.

Key-lime and stone fruit with a high acidity - pairs well with grilled scallop.
