Ohhh the ‘18 is good and will get better. Right out of the bottle the nose is big and beautiful. Hours later, getting purple flower silkiness. Nice evolution. I’ll try and put my other bottle away for a few years.

Wow. I really liked this. Very fresh, full and lush wine. I was expecting a harsher wine with alcoholic heat at 15% plus but it had the kind of concentration and class you see in a SQN.

20 year old Syrah. Love it. Cocoa, plums, black pepper, jam, a bit a flowers. There’s a freshness to this wine that is amazing. So impressive. Very different from the 2021 Donna’s Syrah.
