Enjoyed with Mediterranean meatballs and was a perfect pairing. Still big with grip - beautiful berries & currents coming through. Still has many more years for enjoyment.

Feb 7th, 2018One of Melville’s Small Lot Pinots (now called “Block M”), this is terrific. Classic St Rita Hills pinot aromatics of candied strawberries, earth, and spice - pretty impessive considering its age. The wine exhibits terrific precision through the mid-palate thanks to the acidity that is just enough to keep it lively. Wonerfully balanced finish. Probably could last several more years...but likely is peaking, so drink em if ya got em!
