Ugh I like this entirely too much. Such a beautiful and wonderful fizzy biodynamic rosé. Has a language all of its own. Strawberry and rhubarb, a little yeast and cream, with a brightness and structure that most wines dream of. Well made.

Refreshing and light rose. Lots of strawberry on both the nose and pallet. 100% Austrian Pinot Noir. Beautifully effervescent!! Easy to drink. 10% alcohol. Bio dynamically produced. Great chilled!

Strong candied strawberry nose. Subtle tart on the palate. Light effervescence and dry finish. Changes so much from first to last glass--gotta love natural wine.
