Holy shit! I've always been a bit concerned about how long this winery ages there wines in barrel and before release, but that being said, this 04 Malbec is kicking ass right now. Big boy to begin when bought, surprisingly its evolved/held up amazingly. Sour prune(in a good way) on the nose, sweet fruit, tobacco, vanilla cream, soft tannin, acid holding up and a finesse on the palate that Is so pleasing.
