2017 vintage. Opened off the list for the Friday Lunch Bunch (FLB). Decanted and tasted after 45 minutes. Medium body. In a state of transition whereas the initially big fruit and body are thinning out. Dropped some tannins but picked up some Burgundian-styled, younger tartness-think pomegranate/cranberry. Earthy, leaner nose. 2.27.26.
