Malvasia

Cake & Cream
Top Notes For

In Japanese Matsu means “to wait,” as one does with wine. Made mostly with Malvasia from vines between 50 and 150 years, spent 14 months, on its lees, in large French oak barrels. Aromas of white fruits, floral and sweet spice. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and pear with vanilla oak, nice mouthfeel. Medium finish ending with fruit and sweet notes.
