Pricey white, but it had a little age. Very substantial on the palate, really enjoyable but missing anything truly special.

Really enjoyed this…paired with grilled chicken and a simple citrus dressed chopped romaine salad. Well balanced fruit and minerality. Hints of anise and almond.

Feb 8th, 2022Fresh mineraly and slightly dry with a hint of citrusy/honeydew sparkle and a clean finish. Great with seafood and herby pasta. Can’t wait to try it in the heat of summer.
