Blanc Grenache Gris Maccabeu

Rich and dense with notes of peach, cider and enoki mushrooms. The acidity is well integrated yet still feeling fresh, and a lovely length is accompanied by a slightly bitter hint and aromas of macadamia, nectarine skins and white mushrooms. Still going strong and perfekt with mild dishes of whit meat.

Fresh as a daisy...

Quite light, slight notes of stone fruits, interesting and easy to drink.

Lemon oil, almond paste, grapefruit and some pine needles. Great acidity

Another banger. Way more toasty (allegedly because of slate rich soil, but I’m guessing some new oak was also involved) than current vintages. Still feels like a tribute to Gauby.

In this vintage the macerated maccabeu is more dominating than prior vintages. It kinda feels like Tom's tribute to Gauby.

Cuvee Alexandria imported by Louis dresser. Almost or range. Has all of that whole fruit stuff going on. Ate an Uni latke with it at wildair that was lights out
