Blanc Grenache Gris Maccabeu
Sommelier Restaurant Trattoria Popolare, Writer Dinvinguide.se/Rosemary and the Deerhunters, Taster Aperitif horeca magazine
Rich and dense with notes of peach, cider and enoki mushrooms. The acidity is well integrated yet still feeling fresh, and a lovely length is accompanied by a slightly bitter hint and aromas of macadamia, nectarine skins and white mushrooms. Still going strong and perfekt with mild dishes of whit meat.

Feb 2nd, 2019Another banger. Way more toasty (allegedly because of slate rich soil, but I’m guessing some new oak was also involved) than current vintages. Still feels like a tribute to Gauby.

Oct 1st, 2018In this vintage the macerated maccabeu is more dominating than prior vintages. It kinda feels like Tom's tribute to Gauby.
