One of the nicest languedoc wines I’ve tried for a long time from the hilltops near Montpellier and quite a contrast to the overly strong wines that usually grow in lower areas.
Red berries, spices balanced tannins in character more like a good cote du Rhône

This proves that a great wine doesn't need to be expensive. Excellent fruit/dryness balance, spiced, herbal, earthy. Very enjoyable winter red during the first snowstorm of the season in Brooklyn.
