Pale straw colour. Quite oaky and strict with its steely acidity and citric bitterness. Minerality on front row, shells and stones. Shy on fruit notes.
Not much development since my previous bottle 2 years ago.

Touch of reduction and driving acid still. Maybe a year or two left as finish is hinting.

Lovely minerality, acidity and aromatics.
But it does feel a bit disjointed at the moment. Oak and alcohol are a tad too apparent for me, so hopefully this will integrate in due time.
For now, 91/100

This wine is deep lemon. The aromas and flavors are fresh and yet rich with notes of lemon curd, ripe yellow apple, pear, apricot, cantaloupe, buttercream, custard, flan, vanilla bean, and delicate blanched almond. Alcohol is on the high end of medium (13.5%). It has a full mouthfeel and weight without being overbearing and while maintaining balance.
