Christmas wine. This is the "dry" (white capsule) version of Molitors Spätlese which delivers a flavor potpourri of fresh sliced white Peach, Citrus, Grapefruit mixed with herbs & spices. Beautiful integrated acidity, not to high but with the exactly last "Kick" I really love. Lots of herbs & slate components on the palate. Good amount of potential left for a decade of aging.
