La masía translates as "the farmhouse," which Marimar Estate was designed to resemble. Medium Ruby with aromas of red fruits, dried herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with toasty notes and herb cinnamon spice. Full-bodied, fine soft textured tannins, long finish ending with juicy fruit and spicy herb character. Nice!

Typically not a big fan of California chard, but it has smooth oak

I am usually not a fan of naked Chardonnay but this was very nice. Pale yellow with notes of green apple, lime, pear and honeysuckle. The palate is round and ripe with bright acidity. Flavors of fresh apple, honeydew, key lime and kiwi. The finish has subtle notes of vanilla.

Nose of citrus and florals. Light and smooth. Florals and hint of citrus on palate. Just a great all around Chardonnay from the Marimar wine club!

Citrus, melon and first time I've ever found truffle in the nose. Very intriguing. Stunning acidity with soft finish and just right amount of rich creamy fullness. hint of toasty oak that doesn't interfere with the fruit ability to shine.

Not too oaky. Well balanced with mouthwatering acidity. Nice long finish.
