Тельное с высокой кислотностью и интенсивными, мягкими и бархатистыми по текстуре танинами. Отличная концентрация во вкусе. Не стоит с этим вином выжидать, оно уже достаточно развито и лучше не станет.

Cacao, tobaco, cinamon nose. Very alive very vivid. Paired very well with the truffle risotto.

Thinning. A bit dull. Have a few more bottles of this wine but other vintages. Not sure if I'll purchase again. I usually love Brunellos, but maybe I've had too many CA Cabs and it's making me want more. Or maybe this bottle is just past it's time and I shouldn't give up on Brunellos just yet.
