Blend of about 90% Sangiovese with Cab Sauv and a splash of Merlot, aged in large oak casts. Deep Ruby, black and red fruit aromas with toasty oak and herb pepper spice nuances. On the palate flavors of blackberries and sour cherries, savory full tannins, full body, nice balance, long finish ending with wet stone mineral character. Much better than older vintages.

Deep red color with black fruit aromas with oak and spice nuances. The palate shows tart blackberries and sour cherries, slightly acidic with little tannins. This full body wine had a short finish. A little pricy for OK, nothing special.

Very pleasant wine lots nice red fruits. Pleasant acidity and very easy to drink perfect for lunchtime or light foods. I had with oysters, tomatoes with white truffle vinegar salad.

At a tasting at the impressive Antinori facility outside of Florence. 90% Sangiovese, 10% other red Tuscan varietals Brief notes. Red cherries and soil; young and tannic. Spotlessly made in this state of the art facility. Delectable: This is the DOCG Riserva - not available in your database. 10 weeks later on 8th November 2023 this wine was voted #7 in Wine Spectators Top 100 of 2023.

2015 vintage: solid fruit, balanced dryness, some spices. Together with a pizza Napoli - viva Italia!

Really nice Chianti, tannins are a tad bit high. Beautiful aromas of sweet cherry. Good balance of alcohol and acid.

Can't go wrong with this one. Always a winner. Enjoyed it with pancetta wrapped pork tenderloin.
