Chablis and Sunday Night Football. Content.
This Chablis has the “stank”: chicken broth, crushed sea shell, earthy chalk, and a bit of appley fruit. Intense minerality and nice fruit, soft texture, full body, classic flavors. But the acids are “welcome to global warming” low-ish. Very nice, but I miss the salivatory acids.

Sep 13th, 2021Love this Producer. While a bit singular, it’s the very true expression of Chablis and that is all you can ask for from a village level Chablis. Plus, this one is still a bit precocious.

Dec 24th, 2016Takes about 60 minutes to coax out the typical Chablis characteristics. Rich citrus fruits, mother of pearl salinity. The acid is there, but the dense fruit is overpowering at the moment. I suspect with time this will flesh out. Longish finish. Very good.
