Easy, full mouth but not heavy body, raspberry/cherry. Would be good with prosciutto and cheese, light food

Jul 13th, 2025Medium rubi colour, like a pinot noir. Very reticent nose of crushed flowers ans dar cherries. Tannic and reticent in the mouth, long and elegant, you decant first or give it another 4 to 5 years in bottle. Great barolo done in classical fashion.
