Vibrant and enticing. Ripe cherry, roses, orange peel, sweet tobacco. Smooth and fine tannins. Perfetto with the homemade wild boar risotto

Forgot to upload (or got deleted). Don’t recall exact details but structured and delicious. Had with recreated Vivace pan fried fontina and spinach stuffed pork chop with Marsala sauce.

Very delicious. Still needs some air but starting to spread wings. Fresh earth., toffee , a tiny bit of incense.
