Nose smells a bit dosagey and creamy. But under that a massively intense minerality that is floral and high toned. Really clear and deep. But needs air for complexity to develop I think. Palate is terrific. Lots of 15 razors and angles. Loads of lime pith and some rock candy note on the finish. Delicious and very young. Elegant and long with cracking acids. Really impressive. Persistent with lovely citrus developing.

Hallway in FIDI Hebrart. Wow. So good. So complete. Salty! Tangy. Structured. Compact. Long. Profound.

A hair away from perfection. Aromatics leaping out of the glass. Crisp, intense, luxurious and just absolutely delicious. What a pleasure.

Fresh and fairly linear with onset of tertiary toasted almonds. Drinking in a fun place. D 5/6/2014

Obviously very young and primary. Loads of citrus and minerals but very shy on the pop and pour. Rich texture. Remarkably fine bubbles. Already fun now but I would leave these to rest a while. Disgorged Dec 18, 2018

2014 bursting with life and a substantial backbone. A richer style Champagne with hint is almond and perfect balance. Circles the palet and delivers a beautiful finish

2008 in Magnum - WOW! absolutely delicious and I’ve had a fair number of vintages of this wine. Big and bright with unusual powerful white fruits in the mid-palate. Hebrart SC has become my go-to birthday bubbles and this one may have been the best yet. Almost drank the whole magnum myself!

Happy New Year to the Delectable community! Marc Hebrart is one of my favorite RM’s and this Special Club bottling paired with black-eyed peas ended up being a fantastic way to start the New Year. Initially fresh sliced Asian pears on the pop and pour but as this warmed and received air, it became super complex with baked apples, brioche, white peach, pineapple, waxy red fruit (raspberries) and the smell of a fresh, brand new pair of sneakers. On the palate, this was full of bright lime, meringue. Minerals. Slightly nutty? Crisp. Acid is high. Finish is long. Very long. Sublime. Disgorged December 2017
