Reduction in the presence of sulfur dissipates with extended aeration. What comes out is a straightforward, taut wine with raspberry & cassis fruits and a bit of soy, porcini & fish scale. Angular and severe in the way a lot of 05s are... nowhere near the density or materiel seen in 15, which is often compared to this vintage. #brocot #marsannay #pinotnoir
