If you like Pinot Noir, you should give Valtellina a shot. Made mostly, if not entirely, of Nebbiolo this is a version that is perfumed, elegant and can cross over to the white wine food spectrum. Bright red fruits, fresh but not overwhelming acidity, medium bodied, with fine, ripe and silky tannin. #valtellina #nebbiolo

Ännu en lättvikts-nebbiolo, som jag älskar. Denna öppnade starkt. Otroligt många finstämda doftlager. Allt backas upp av en friskhet och intensitet men riktigt bra längd. Kryddor, järn, bär, rosblad osv.

Great expression of cool clmate nebbiolo. Quite rich on the front, with a ton of herbal notes and more iron coming through.
