I preferred this the second day. This tastes like pure Nebbiolo with no oak or manipulation, or over extraction. Clean and light this paired well with sautéed chicken. SS

A nice nebbiolo from Valtellina. Lighter in style, 13% alcohol, doesn’t give a ton on the nose other than some hints of dark red fruit, but great mouthfeel and a nice finish with perfect acid providing a good lift. Good value.

Alpine -lighter style Nebbiolo- but not light on character. Nose dominated by cherries. On the palate, cheriesand a little earth and stone, with some gritty tannins. Hoping to have some left for tomorrow night to see how it evolves.
