Roasted Rosemary with mint peel back to reveal a cran-plum, raspberry and cherry, violet and black rose in barley dust. There is a deeper still grape in clay note with cinnamon. Dry middle with medium mouthfeel and immediate fine-grained tannins. A tangy cherry-cran note persists, there is a minerality and blue dye note mixed with tiny twigs and plum skin. Long, lingering mineral and candied currant. Nose becomes pungent with time, gaining a sweet meatiness, and depth.

Very dark colored with rich nose of dark cherry, cloves and hazelnut. Despite weight on nose, the palate falls a little too quickly with a hint of brett on the light tannin finish.

Black cherry 🍒 nose. Should last easily another 5 years or so. Good amount of tannins hint of pine a lot of sour/morello cherry in the glass. Needs to breathe for at least 30min. Turns better and more complex next day. Keep for another 4 years opened too soon! Great stuff.

Incredibly robust for a Pinot noir, but not too forward with fruit or tannins. Very smooth, as it should be, but excellent wine for an unenthusiastic Pinot drinker
