Les Pimentiers Savigny-lès-Beaune Pinot Noir

Loads of crushed limestone minerality intermingles with spicy, ripe cherry. Nice texture in the mouth. It’s got some tannic structure and acids to age a bit more but is drinking well now, particularly with food. Bone dry but with good intensity in the mouth. Little bit of animal fur comes in, with tons of crushed rock in the lead and some nice cherry fruit in the passenger seat.

Strawberry/licorice, mod acidity to give backbone and structure. Love this

Nice aromatics, good structure

Been a while since I’ve had Burgundy. Fruit, stone, mellow cigar, Firmness leads to balance.

A- 4/5 - raspberry in a Esther price chocolate taste - 4/5 - soft delicate - narrow. Would drink on its own not@with food. $30. Fair price@not baragin

Surprisingly powerful with dark forest fruit and an noticeable wood imprint. Some cooked mushroom and undergrowth adds complexity. On the palate this is quite edgy with sharp cranberry acidity and pronounced, slightly rustic tannins plus a mineral accent in the backdrop. Slightly lacking fruit on the mid palate and the typical Pinot esthetics. Somehow I was expecting more...

Bold oak scent, nicely dry, leaves you with tannin finish, not too strong though

Classic light bodied burgundy...very pleasant nose pure redfruits w earthyness

Seriously lovely little Burgundy. Bright acid, tart cranberry, red cherry and raspberry. Loads of minerality, crushed rocks. The only thing lacking is complexity, but I could happily drink this all day long:)
