Definitely a nicely done Bordeaux blend here. That nice cigar box touch with some wet stone, mossy kick. Dried fruits on the palate. Acidity is nice, beautiful tannins.

Loved it. 70% cab, 29% petite Verdot, and 1% cab franc. Delicious. Plums, cherries, dark, deep flavors with that cab signature. Tannins were moderate and balanced with the fruit. Long finish. Wish I had more.

Feral meat and game replaced what I remembered as a funky truffle nose. Concentrated black and blueberry fruit on the palate, followed by vanilla, clove, and baking chocolate. Present tannin and decent acidity. But alas, a fall from greatest since the last bottle.
