Deep ruby red with garnet edges. Definite amarone notes such as raisins and dark dried plums. Heavy tannins (7/10) and medium plus bodied. A touch sweet on the palate, with vanilla, dark fruits and more sweet spices. Medium plus to long finish. Drink till 2027.

Riktigt god flaska, som jag fick i födelsedagspresent av kidsen tidigare i år.

Big stewed veg nose. At first a bit off putting but blew off after an hour an settled. Big bodied, touch of VA , gamey,earthy, barnyard, long length, touch sweet and I'd say a bit over extracted. Fun but a bit muddled. Needs more definition. It's all right.

Soft tannins. A bit acidic but still balanced. Blackberry on the nose. Delicious!!

Buono.
