Wonderfully smokey über ripe black berry, blackcurrant and mulberry fruit with damp tobacco leaf, black olive, balsamic vinegar, forest floor, very autumnal with a light touch of cracked black pepper.
Palate has balance but lacks in intensity, class can be felt on the length though with supple tannins and a delicately spiced bitter black fruit finish.

Stewed blackberries, plum, currants, olives, cinder, balsamic, hazelnuts, tobacco, forrest floor, black pepper, iron. Rounded acid, minimal smooth velvet tannins, medium bodied, satin texture, long smoky-earthy-peppery finish. Texture-mineral driven, beautifully smokiness, aromatics rather muted, better on palate. Decanting recommended.
