Red wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of the vineyard of Bila-Haut from M. Chapoutier.
Wine has very deep concentration, with a very garnet color and shows signs of rim variation. Staining occurs medium to heavy, and has evidence of gas in my opinion.
It’s like a volatile acidity, yet has a moderate intensity with a devoting age assessment. It is coming to see earth character, but also cherry and black currant.
It’s a very off-dry wine, yet shows some signs of sweetness when you leave the bottle open for a while. In my opinion, the wine is not bitter at all, has Med+ tannin and same for acidity. It’s not entirely full bodied, perhaps of the ages and the decanting (not necessarily needed as the age range is between 1-3 years and the 2017 now, is a perfect companion.

2014 - very attractive aromas ( white peach, honeydew melon), a touch of citrusy bringing crispness! On the palate medium to full body, well balanced acidity & alcohol well integrated ! Long finish making you drink more
