Very oaky, light acidity and 100% Syrah with a fruity, single aromatic taste. Yet, subtle and medium bodied, medium tannins and shows signs of rims. — 5 years ago
Red wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of the vineyard of Bila-Haut from M. Chapoutier.
Wine has very deep concentration, with a very garnet color and shows signs of rim variation. Staining occurs medium to heavy, and has evidence of gas in my opinion.
It’s like a volatile acidity, yet has a moderate intensity with a devoting age assessment. It is coming to see earth character, but also cherry and black currant.
It’s a very off-dry wine, yet shows some signs of sweetness when you leave the bottle open for a while. In my opinion, the wine is not bitter at all, has Med+ tannin and same for acidity. It’s not entirely full bodied, perhaps of the ages and the decanting (not necessarily needed as the age range is between 1-3 years and the 2017 now, is a perfect companion. — 5 years ago

Very fruity, low acidity, no sign of rims. Berry to a fruity taste. Very bright red color when hold to the light.
Pairs well with creamy cheese, dates and rosemary marinated red meat. — 5 years ago
