A blast of pepper, plum and meat roasting over a campfire in the first hour. After being open for 10 hours, it blossomed into a very pretty, floral, gracious Syrah with amazing silky texture. Just turning the corner into early maturity, this one can go for a while yet.

Amazing nose, sage, thyme, little rosemary and plenty of black pepper...meaty with ripe red fruit and a liquorish layer...great acidity just the beginning ....Phenomenal!
