Amazing, great sapidity, still young. Had it with local mountain cheeses, it made my day!

Served blind. Called Rhône white, mostly Marsanne or Roussane so I wasn’t too far off. Impressive body, slightly hot on the finish. Lots of tropical fruits with a slight oily texture that I found very enjoyable.

Unfortunately my bottle had some cork in it which damaged the bottle. Good but not extraordinary like other vintages I have had. Less flavorful than other vintages, but likely due to some fungus in the cork. Still enjoyable and one of my favorite styles of wine. Good tropical fruit notes but a short finish.

Double decanted. Notes from 45 min open. Closed nose with oil and honey, but just the barest tinge of citrus..lacking fruit. On the palate, good acidity, soft lemon, wet stone, a touch of white pepper, mineral oil...spicy finish. Meh.

wax, peach, pear, lemon zest, iodine, still a baby going to be even better in time. Super concentrated. Other things good out there beyond chard and sauv blanc !

16/20 (88/100) Вино с ароматами жёлтой груши, белых ягод и нотой бальзамика. Умеренная тельность, довольно высокая кислотность, меловая текстура. Хорошо. (12.04.17) #DVR2017

After the fab 2012 I had to try new 2015 @ £40 w/ 95 RP & it's just slightly more refined but will develop 👍

🍇 100% Marsanne

🍷 Rich golden yellow

👃 Squished peach, pear & fine tropical fruits w/ honey mist, citrus, white flower, minerals & banana tropics

👄 Med+ buttery silky waxy but not syrupy body of sweet melon, green apple, honey, young pear, peach & burnt apricot w/ low+ acidity all super balanced

🎯 Med+ dry & sweet pear skin, green apple, peach & honey
