Little hints of lemon and sugar coated dried pineapple cubes. A drop of pine and minty celery seed bitters. Creamy and acidic. Ripe big flavors with real intensity.

Dec 18th, 2021Beautifully fruitless, subtle and light yet far from bland or boring. Slightly creamy mouthfeel, with tart acidity and a hint of something more. A mineral background, a hint of (nice) green bitterness. Reminiscent of white tea, a hint of bergamot, a touch of white flowers.
