Dry white wine from Portugal that brings back memories of our trip there. Not as buttery as a Chardonnay and not as fruity as a Sauvignon Blanc, but good with food and cheeses. 2022 vintage. Citrus notes on the palate.

Mineral-driven, preserved lemon peel, dry herbal complexity. Great stuff!

For those who like to venture off the beaten trail. Plays in the space of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Sauvignon Blanc, with new vibes, distinct combinations of flavors and aromas. Little hints of lemon and sugar coated dried pineapple cubes. A drop of pine and minty celery seed bitters. Creamy and acidic. Ripe big flavors with real intensity.

Beautifully fruitless, subtle and light yet far from bland or boring. Slightly creamy mouthfeel, with tart acidity and a hint of something more. A mineral background, a hint of (nice) green bitterness. Reminiscent of white tea, a hint of bergamot, a touch of white flowers.
A perfect example of understatement.
