14' Lucia Soberanes Chardonnay. I enjoyed the 2013 a little more. A solid wine that I will continue Monitor. Thinking it will taste much better in the next 12/18 months.

Found this buried in the back of the cellar and was worried I may have missed its peak....turns out, not at all! Very nice balance with some slight sweetness on the palate. Not a lot of oak or minerality so the fruit really is pronounced. Dried apricots and honey are the two most pronounced flavors I pick up. Very smooth followed by a nice clean finish. Bummed that this was my last bottle.

Jul 1st, 201613' Light pale in color. Medium- bodied . Let it open up in the glass for about 30 minutes. Sever this just below room temperature. The balance & weight of this wine is firing on all cylinders. Drink them up in the next 2/3 years.
