Broad and ripe but with little oak influence. Medium+ bodied. Just wished there were a little more acid to balance out the juiciness of this chard.

Don't love ca chards but this is tits!!!!! After an hour it is stunning. Lemon oil, verbena, and butterscotch. So well balanced and just insane with acid and.... richness... stunning
