Ruby with aromas of red fruits, floral and sweet spicy oak. On the palate flavors of raspberry, strawberry and currants with lavender and vanilla notes. Medium tannins with racy acidity, great mouthfeel on a medium finish. Drink now but a bit of bottle age will reward.

An Argentinian Pinot in the Burgundian style. Pretty rich on the palate and a long enjoyable finish. Fruit was balanced with tanin and mouth-pleasing. I’m officially a fan. Much better than many Napa, Sonoma and Walla Walla new world Pinot’s that easily cost twice as much. Could use 5 more years in the bottle - potentially more.

Not sure what the rules are about rating a wine one makes but this Luca 2011 was just spectacular with potstickers before Christmas eve dinner

Could easily mistake this for Oregon. Light body with cherry and chocolate notes with plenty of that wet forest floor happening. Not particularly long on the finish. Pleasant.
