Very good! Fresh sourdough and pastry on the nose. Good minerals, tartness and lots of umami on the finish. Just lots of pleasure right now but not for lack of substance.

Wow. Fresh and zesty but with incredible depth. 2-3 minutes on the finish, one of the best champagnes I have had: have not had their regular non vintage brut but this delivers even at the $100 price point. Would absolutely buy this
