Bright and vivid with great fruit. The acidity is really punchy. Classy but young

Very good but when wedged between a Roumier Cras and a string of G-Max’s, it became an extra. Surprisingly very fresh with lots of fruits and florals, and just hints of candied nuts coming through as it opened up in the glass. On the palate, it was weighty with plush textures. Feels quite round which is expected after a decade sur lattes and six years sur pointes. Finishes long, zesty, and salty. I feel it’s one to revisit on a more favourable occasion.

First time having Vinotheque Cristal! Candied and showed a bit of Selosse-like oxidative character. Amazing bubbles.

Delicious. Bright and vivid with lemon, slate. Sweetness on the edges. Great stuff.

Raspberry, strawberry with aged balsamic, aged goat cheese, hazelnut, herbal bouquet at the end. Medium ++ acidity. Incredible.

Brioche, green apple, toasted almonds, great bubbles. Fantastic, but I prefer Schramsberg Reserve at half the price.
