This is gorgeous. Honeyed at the edges with great minerality, complexity and a long finish. Sweet and delicious.

Celebrating with my boys in Pittsburgh. Great moments...
Nose displays yeast, slightly musty and soft oak. Palate shows lemon citrus, pears with hints of honey. This is awkward as the wine is declining. Finishes bone-dry. Get after these now.

Bosc pear, overripe pineapple, butterscotch candy, brioche, soft bubbles, silky chalk and acid a little high. I know a lot people love this champagne but there are better for less $.
