Very nicely done. We’re not champers experts, so the best of the best is wasted on us. While the bubbles are fine, the rest of the experience is muscular and vigorous. Loads of biscuit and almonds, finishing bone dry. Consistent from beginning to end.

It is everything you're looking for in a Champagne...except that extra level greatness. Nutty, zippy, tight little bubbles. It's great it's just not GREAT.
