Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits and blossom notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and citrus with notes of spice and yeasty mineral. Vivid acidity, medium+ finish, ending with fruit notes. Nice value!

Nice of summer sipper of lemon zest and minerality of oyster shells . Nice combination and pleasant surprise.
