In southern Burgundy, at the northern border of Beaujolais, lies the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation. Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of stone fruits, melon and lemon citrus with light notes of vanilla oak. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Consistent quality! Nice! Good value!

Little heavy handed. Oak spice, malo, tart apple and great acid. Wish they would’ve used more neutral oak, which they usually do. Might have been the year to bring in new barrels. That being said, had with pepper crusted seared tuna and it held up well.

Very delicious, easy to drink. A little sweet at first.

A good mid range wine to pair with chicken or fish. Didn’t hold up to spices. Not much acidity. Mellow and easily drinkable.

Honeysuckle, bitter orange, and a little metallic. Citrus acidity with a mineral finish. Medium bodied with a texture that coats the mouth. Some sharp edges and missing some richness. Not bad, but I prefer Jadot chardonnay from a different region.
